I Love Rebounding! It is Fun! It Gives Energy! It Builds Bone Density! It Increases Lung Capacity! It is Low Impact! It Moves & Shakes the Lymphatic System.
I have tried many rebounders over the years and once I tested the Bellicon 3 years ago I felt that I had never even rebounded. I was rebounding because I knew it was good to do. So what can we do on a rebounder?
We can sit on it & bounce (for the elderly or sick), we can jump with a friend, partner or a child or a pet. Children love rebounding alone or with a friend. They are a great attraction at a party You can start rebounding very gently and you receive the benefits without even leaving the mat. Over time you can build from aerobic exercise to anaerobic, kick the legs, raise the arms, jumping jacks, twist and sign. We can use weights, stretch bands to build muscle. We can rebound while breathing oxygen (you will need a Dr prescription, a regulator, and oxygen mask and a tank) to flood the body with oxygen. A fun things that my wife does it put a few drops of essential oil on the oxygen tube to create a wide variety of experiences.
So how can we make it even more fun? Turn on your favorite party tunes, inspirational audio book, subliminal CD, ipod playlist, switch on your mind movie… do it in the bedroom, do it outside… and party with a smile, and bounce your way to the best health ever! and you will be singing…
